Skate party

We have a wonderful church family.  We are always encouraged and edified everytime we attend a service. We recently had a skate party. It was fun to have everyone together.  We made lots of fun memories together. 

Message Journals

One of my favorite ways to communicate my love for my children are our journals.  We write in them once a week or so. I usually write a message and leave them out on the table for them to find in the morning.  They find them and write a message to me back.  It always results in a good feeling for both of us.  We have been keeping them for many years and it is fun to look back and see how the children have improved in their writing skills.  I know I will treasure them forever. It is the little things that keep relationships close.

Meeting with friends

Reacquainting ourselves with old friends after many years.  The children had no problem making new friends.  It is amazing how time flies by but it is good we can pick up  friendship now.  God has a way of letting encouraging people cross our path at the right time. It was a fun evening and we are looking forward to seeing them again very soon.

Happy Birthday, Joey!

Our youngest child just turned one. How quickly a year goes by.  He has brought much joy to our home. We all love him very much.

Doughnuts

Surprise! Moot and Maw-maw surprised the children with doughnuts.  We just added the milk and there were many happy sticky faces.
